How overrides work
  1. Change the status of any thread below and add a note.
  2. Click Save & Download manual_overrides.json — a file will download.
  3. Move that file to your escalation_tracker/ folder on your computer (replace the existing one).
  4. The next sync will apply your overrides and update the dashboard.
